Gibson/McCook Relays: Alphansus Davis and Edwin Allen win sprint medley

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Alphansus Davis won the high school boys sprint medley relay final at Saturday’s Gibson/McCook Relays at the National Stadium.

The team ran three minutes 35.87 seconds in the finals after clocking 3:33.96 seconds in heats earlier in the day, beating Kingston College who were second in 3:37.18 and Charlemont High who were third in 3:38.39.

Edwin Allen High won the girls final in three minutes 58:68 seconds, ahead of Alphansus Davis who were second in 3:59.60 and St Elizabeth Technical who were third in 3:59.96.
