Michael Hall passes away at 80
The Supreme Racing Guide, a publication of the Jamaica Observer, regrets to announce the passing of renowned horse racing trainer Michael Hall. Hall departed this life on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at the age of 80.
A respected figure in the horse racing community, Hall was admired for his astute observations, unwavering passion, and dedication to the sport. He embarked on his training career in 1994, upon obtaining his training licence.
His most recent triumph came on March 16, 2024, courtesy of his horse, Curlin’s Flight. In addition to his training accomplishments, Hall served as treasurer of the Jamaica Racehorse Trainers’ Association.
The Supreme Racing Guide extends sincere condolence to the family, friends, and colleagues of Michael Hall during this difficult time. May he rest in peace.
