MOCA conducting raids in Kingston, Clarendon amid major investigation

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Teams from the Major Organized Crime and Anti-Corruption Agency (MOCA) are at the moment involved in a series of simultaneous targeted operations at five locations across Kingston and Clarendon.

According to Director of Communications at MOCA, Major Basil Jarrett, agents are currently at locations in Whitehall Terrace, Kingston Gardens, Seaview Gardens, and Tavern in Kingston, as well as Longville Park in Clarendon.

The operation is supported by the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) and is targeting individuals suspected to be involved in a major investigation at the agency.

Major Jarrett says arrests are expected and that more information will be provided shortly.
